Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 8 June 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the Jitsunami+ platform (the "Platform"). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms of Service. Breaking it is a breach of those Terms.
1. Use the Platform properly
The Platform is a tool for running and participating in a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy. Use it for that purpose, lawfully, and with respect for other people. Do not use it for any unrelated business or purpose.
2. What you must not do
You must not:
- break any law, or use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, abusive, hateful, or that infringes anyone's rights;
- harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate any other person;
- upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
- attempt to gain access to data, accounts, or systems you are not authorised to access, including another Academy's data;
- probe, scan, or test the security of the Platform, or get around any security or access control, without our written permission;
- scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform by automated means except through features we provide;
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or create derivative works from the Platform, except to the limited extent the law does not allow us to prevent;
- place an unreasonable load on the Platform, or interfere with its normal operation or with other users; or
- use the AI Assistant to try to extract data outside your permissions, or in any way that breaks these rules.
3. If you break these rules
If you break this policy, we may remove content, and suspend, limit, or terminate your access, with or without notice, as set out in our Terms of Service. We may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Where you are an Academy, you are responsible for your staff's and members' use of the Platform.
4. How to contact us
You can reach us in either of these ways:
- Support tickets. If you have a Jitsunami+ account, open a support ticket from within the Platform. This is the quickest way to reach us and lets us link your request to your account.
- By post. Write to us at Aptitude Agency Ltd, Bedford iLab, Stannard Way, Bedford, MK44 3RZ, United Kingdom.
We do not provide support by email. Please raise a support ticket or write to us by post so that we can handle your request properly.
